Receive your New Client packet
You will receive a questionnaire to complete and return to me by email. This will help me to streamline your mentoring process by getting to know more about you, your business, your goals, strengths and areas in which you want to focus. I’ll respond with a suggested plan of action and available dates for our first call.
Step 4
Your First Coaching Phone Call: The Strategy Session
Your first phone session is The Strategy Session, where we focus on setting the context for a mentoring relationship. I will be asking more questions for clarification and understanding. This session begins the process of heightening your awareness of where you are and what you want to achieve - and when.
Step 5
Continuing Your Coaching Program Phone Sessions
Based on the information gathered in The Strategy Session and the time frame of the package you choose, I will guide you through a personalized and suggested plan of action to help you accomplish your goals. We will then pre-schedule your remaining phone coaching sessions.
